Kenneth Tan has 20 years of business management experience with a focus on industrial products. Mr. Tan was the Managing Director of a Contract Design and Manufacturer with operations in Singapore, USA, UK and China. He is currently the Director for three companies. Mr. Tan grew up and currently lives in Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Computer Engineering from Queensland University of Technology in Australia & an MBA from Rice University in the United States.

Tam Kwok Wai has almost 26 years of Asia sales and channel experience. He has held Account Director and Country Manager roles with responsibility for operations, P&L and strategic investments / partnerships across ASEAN and Greater China. Mr. Tam grew up and currently lives in Singapore and holds a Bachelor of Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wollongong University in Australia.

As a Financial Controller in Synergy 4 Tech since 2013, Gillian is responsible for the company’s Financial Accounting & Administration. Gillian has more than 20 years of financial management experience and has provided financial management and accounting consultancy to several local SME in Singapore over the last 10 years. Prior to that, she had served as Site Financial Controller of a US Multi-National Company for 12 years.

Gillian grew up and currently lives in Singapore. She is a Certified Professional Accountant and Management Consultant (TUV SUV PSB Pte Ltd). She also holds a double Master degrees in Professional Accounting from University of Southern Queensland and in Business Studies from University of Newcastle.

Mr Khoo was the Singapore Police Commissioner from 1997 to 2010 and INTERPOL President from 2008 to 2012. Following his retirement from the Ministry of Home Affairs as its Senior Deputy Secretary in 2015, he is currently a Senior Fellow of Singapore’s Civil Service College and is also a Justice of Peace.

He chairs the INTERPOL Working Group on Governance and serves on the Global Commission on the Stability of Cyberspace, the CyberPeace Institute’s advisory board and Aspen Institute’s Global Cyber Security Group. In Singapore, he is Chairman of the Cybersecurity Advisory Group to the Minister-in-Charge Cybersecurity and a member of the National Cybersecurity R&D Programme International Advisory. He also holds advisory and board positions in Banking, Fintech, Healthcare, Security, Cybersecurity and Philanthropy.

He was educated at Oxford, Harvard, and Wharton, and is an Honorary Fellow of St John’s College, Oxford. Besides being accorded National Honours by Singapore for his leadership in Policing, he has been recognised for promoting bilateral and international policing relations by several countries, including knighthoods from Brunei, Malaysia, Thailand and The Vatican, as well as the Order of Australia, Ordre National du Merite and Legion d’Honneur from France

Terence Tan, CSM has 20+ years of experience in software development. He has 14 years’ experience in a European multinational company, representing the Singapore site in defining software configuration management policies and strategies for all the company’s global sites. He also has clocked 8 years in managing his software house. He has worked with a vast spread of teams from all over the world, including Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Hong Kong, India, the Netherlands, Poland and Taiwan, to name a few. He holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and is a Certified Scrum Master of the Scrum Alliance.
